A farm that grows insects, in Delhi

Buggly started on a farm in Bawana, on the edge of Delhi, where we raise black soldier fly larvae. Thousands of poultry keepers across India already feed our larvae to their birds — that is what bugglyfarms.com is for.

Buggly Pets is the same farm, the same larvae and the same care, made for the animals that live in our homes: aquarium fish, turtles, parrots and finches, bearded dragons and geckos, backyard hens, dogs and cats.

Why freeze-dried

Freeze-drying removes water while the food is frozen, under vacuum. Nothing is cooked, so protein, fats, colour and taste stay the way they were. A freeze-dried larva soaked in water looks and feels like a fresh one — and a sealed jar keeps for 18 months without preservatives.

One ingredient per jar

Black soldier fly larvae, crickets, tubifex worms, shrimp, bloodworms and chicken liver. Each jar is 100% what it says on the label. No fillers, no colours, no flavours, no preservatives. We stamp every jar with its batch number and manufacturing date.
