By ordering on bugglypets.com you agree to these terms with Unifly Insect Technology (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("Buggly").

Products

All products are animal food and treats. They are for animal consumption only and not for human consumption. Feed as a treat or topper, up to 10% of the daily diet, alongside a complete feed. Keep out of reach of children.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when the online payment succeeds. Prices include all taxes. The final amount is calculated by our server at checkout and shown before you pay. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See the Shipping page for details.

Returns

See the Returns & refunds page. Opened food cannot be returned.

Accounts

You log in with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number. Keep your phone secure; orders placed from your number are treated as yours.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
