Where we deliver

Everywhere in India that our courier partners serve — metros, towns and most villages. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm.

How long it takes

Orders are packed at the farm in Delhi within 1–2 working days of payment. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on how far you are from Delhi. You get the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on most orders. If a product carries a shipping fee, it is shown in the cart before you pay — never after.

Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery, which keeps prices lower for everyone.

Packaging

Jars travel in a padded box. If anything arrives broken or opened, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it.
